She is everywhere you look, the smiling girl in rainwear! Yes, Rainweargirl's popularity has only gone up since she first appeared online back in 2006. Since then, she captured the hearts of many rainwear lovers around the world.

We interviewed Rainweargirl about herself and her life in rainwear...

FetishRainwear.com: Tell us about yourself and how long have you been into rainwear?

Rainweargirl: I'm a young woman married to a rainwear fetishist and love to indulge in his fantasies. We met about 4 years ago and from the beginning rainwear was part of our everyday life.

FetishRainwear.com: When did you first noticed that you had a fetish for rainwear?

Rainweargirl: I actually do not have a fetish (being a woman I don't think a lot of us do have real fetishes) but I realized I love the feeling of latex on my skin when my husband showed me his latex raincoat.

FetishRainwear.com: What do you find so interesting about rainwear?

Rainweargirl: Firstly the colours! I love all the bright colours they come in and I find it fasinating to match raincoats with my normal clothes. Secondly, the smell. That new plastic smell always reminds me of my childhood (new dolls smelled the same way!) And thirdly, the effect it has on my husband!!! Very interesting ;-)

FetishRainwear.com: So is your partner also into rainwear?

Rainweargirl: Very much!

FetishRainwear.com: If we look in your rainwear wardrobe, what would we find and what are your favorites?

Rainweargirl: Well, you'd have to look not only in the wardrobe but all over our house! We have a special rack in our garage for all our long coats. The more kinky stuff is packed in boxes and upstairs in the bedroom we have all the shorter coats and jackets. In another box in the bedroom we keep all the really kinky stuff, the gasmasks and rubber underwear etc. that we use quite frequently. The rubber boots are usually strewn all over the house, as I put them on whenever I feel like it (and is mostly the only "shoes" I wear). To choose a favourite would be impossible! It depends on my mood, the weather and what clothes I've got on. But to go to bed with, our nylon school raincoats.

FetishRainwear.com: Is there a special kind of play you like to do in rainwear?

Rainweargirl: If the weather permits, I do everything in rainwear (from a practical point of view). But to play, I like to slowly dress up and take a long hot bath with it. I like it clinging to my skin and the water all around me.

FetishRainwear.com: Do you have a special rainwear experience that you would like to share with us?

Rainweargirl: Once we dressed up completely in rainwear, full body suits, gasmasks, gloves and boots...and only strategic openings...and it was amazing!

FetishRainwear.com: Your website is quite popular, can you tell us about it?

Rainweargirl: My husband runs it mostly. We started out as a bit of an adult site, but since I got some problems because of it, we changed it to a more general fashion type of site. I love showing people the functionality of rainwear, and how it can be fun and funky to wear.

FetishRainwear.com: What are your plans for the future?

Rainweargirl: I would love to open a rainwear shop in South Africa, as we do not have anything similar in this hot country! It's also a fantasy of mine to start designing my own rainwear. But my 5 year plan for now is to finish my PhD. So maybe after that...

FetishRainwear.com: If you would give some words of wisdom to a beginner rainwear fetishist, what would it be?

Rainweargirl: Be honest if you are with a partner, being up front about it from the beginning really helped us. Also, stop worrying about what people think and enjoy it!!!
