I saw that jacket at H&M. It's so cute, but the construction is not great at all. You're better off buying two jackets in case one falls apart. It's really nice soft plastic, though. And the color is outrageous.
A few months agao, H&M carried knee-length pvc raincoats with polka dots. There were two colorways: navy blue with white polka dots, and red with white polka dots (I think).
